Job Summary

In the role of Full-Time Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential and appreciated member of our operations. Your efforts will help streamline our processes and ensure our team is organized and efficient.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with payroll processing and other financial documentation.
  • Assist with recruiting and employee onboarding.
  • Provide support to various departments as needed to facilitate operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A proactive approach and a problem-solving mindset.

Requirements

Basic Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Benefits

$13.00 - $14.00 starting rate per hour DOE.
