As our Head of Analytics, you'll own our end-to-end data analytics function, driving growth across our D2C business. We're looking for a commercially astute leader who excels at both strategic planning and hands-on execution. What you will do:

  • Lead the development and execution of our e-commerce analytics strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives to drive growth.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), creating insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Analyze customer behavior throughout the e-commerce journey, uncovering actionable insights to improve conversion rates and revenue.
  • Oversee the design and execution of A/B tests, optimizing various aspects of our visitors' e-commerce experience and ensuring methodological rigor.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior and preferences through advanced data analysis, user feedback, and customer journey mapping.
  • Build and evolve our analytics toolbox, combining in-house solutions with leading third-party tools to generate powerful insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven changes, driving improvements in website performance, conversions, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the analytics team, fostering their professional growth and enhancing the team's capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
  • Stay at the forefront of e-commerce analytics trends and best practices, ensuring our competitive edge in the rapidly evolving D2C landscape.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience using digital analytics to drive business/marketing results in B2C companies
  • At least 2 years of experience with A/B testing tools, including hypothesis development for website optimization
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Proficiency in either Python or R for data analytics
  • Track record of driving significant revenue growth through data-driven insights and strategies
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing and mentoring analytics teams
  • Ability to influence cross-functional and upper management decisions; willingness to “have an opinion” backed by insights and analytics to achieve the best outcomes
