Location: Primarily Work from home | flexibility for Onsite Delivery when required

Salary: $86 - $93 Per Hour (Dependent on qualifications)

Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital technology learners? Bendigo Kangan Institute is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sessional Teacher to deliver engaging and industry-relevant training in Certificate III in Information Technology.

About the Role:

In this flexible teaching role, you’ll primarily deliver online sessions with the potential to teach onsite as needed. You’ll be working with a diverse cohort of learners, helping them build foundational IT skills and confidence in navigating the digital world. You will:

• Deliver high-quality training and assessment in Certificate III IT units.
• Facilitate engaging online learning experiences using modern digital tools.
• Support students in developing practical skills in areas such as hardware, software, networking, and emerging technologies.
• Incorporate AI tools and digital platforms to enhance learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and contribute to continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110 / TAE40116 / TAE40122) OR currently enrolled.
• Vocational teaching experience in IT or related fields – highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in education and industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a learner-focused approach.
• Ability to adapt to online teaching environments and use digital platforms effectively.
