We are seeking a driven individual to join our team in Cologne, supporting the development of advanced wind tunnel testing methodologies and technologies. This role will focus on delivering efficient, high-quality aerodynamic testing, collaborating with performance engineers, and driving innovation through new measurement techniques and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and implement advanced wind tunnel testing methodologies and technologies
• Ensure efficient, high-quality testing and maintain best practices and procedures
• Collaborate with aerodynamics engineers to define and meet testing requirements
• Monitor operational performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Research and integrate innovative measurement techniques and emerging technologies

What do you need to bring to the team?

• Proven experience in wind tunnel testing within the Formula 1® industry
• Strong knowledge of wind tunnel systems, methodologies, and best practices
• Hands-on experience with off-body flow measurement techniques and development
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage key stakeholders and directors
• Proficient in IT tools including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Committed to fostering an open, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
