Join Our Team as a Productivity & Performance Analyst!

Are you passionate about numbers, processes, and making things run like a well-oiled machine? We're looking for someone to take the lead in maintaining our Productivity Management Tool and help us track and achieve big-picture goals set by our Leadership team.

You'll be part of the Corporate Accounting Department, working to boost throughput, improve labor productivity, and uncover operational efficiencies that really make a difference. You'll also dive into performance metrics (think KPIs), support executive payroll processes, and prep important payroll/W-2 data for our annual 990 filings. If you're a detail-lover with a knack for solving puzzles and a heart for healthcare, this might be your perfect next step.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Keeping our Productivity Management Tool running smoothly and effectively

  • Tracking progress on organizational goals and keeping Leadership in the loop

  • Supporting Labor Productivity efforts to make us faster, leaner, and better

  • Creating and analyzing KPI reports and other performance dashboards

  • Helping with Executive payroll processes and gathering data for IRS Form 990

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of healthcare finance experience

  • Bonus points if you know your way around productivity systems and FTE calculations

  • A solid understanding of accounting practices and systems

  • Great communication and a proactive, team-first mindset

  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and keep things moving forward with a smile
