Salary Range: $19.38 - $22.61 Per Hour

Job Summary: This position is located at Ft Campbell Texas Roadhouse and is a flexible position (0-40 hours) with no eligibility to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plans. Major Duties:

• Prepares a full range of simple cooking by preparing and cooking items that require little or no processing, such as pancakes, sausage, eggs, hamburgers, and fresh canned vegetables.
• Mixes ingredients according to precisely written recipes.
• Operates a variety of kitchen equipment using gas, electricity, steam or microwave heat sources.
• Cleans, stores, and maintains all equipment and work areas after each use.

Qualifications: **Resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the minimum qualifications criteria. ** Work experience in preparing foods and cooking simple foods and short orders in a cafeteria, restaurant, or mess.
