We’re Hiring: Assistant Director!
📍 Location: 3317 W Buckingham Rd., Garland, TX 75042

Are you an organized, energetic, and caring leader ready to make a lasting difference in children's lives? We're looking for an Assistant Childcare Director to help lead our center with compassion, teamwork, and excellence!

What You’ll Do:
As Assistant Director, you’ll support the Director in running the center smoothly, ensuring a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment for children, staff, and families alike.

  • Assist in daily operations and center management

  • Support curriculum implementation and maintain licensing compliance

  • Lead and motivate childcare staff with positivity and professionalism

  • Keep accurate administrative records (attendance, schedules, etc.)

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with families and respond to their needs

  • Ensure all safety and health standards are met and exceeded

  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and team-building activities

  • Help create a joyful, inclusive space where kids thrive

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 18+ years old

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • CDL B or CDL A with passenger endorsement = a big plus!

  • 2–3 years of experience in a licensed childcare setting

  • CPR and First Aid certified

  • Able to pass a background check

  • Availability to work rotating shifts between 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
