Key Responsibilities
- Create exemplary Y experiences for our families by engaging them in meaningful conversations, responding in a timely manner to their inquiries, and by resolving any experience issues that they may have.
- Assist in balancing and submitting all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the proper state and federal agencies.
- Act as liaison between Business Manager of Child Development and families to ensure that registration payments are made, receipted to the family, and distributed to the proper outlets.
- Responsible for all program registration including the processing of all EEC initial applications and annual renewal applications.
- Assist qualified families through the financial support program process. Work with families through to compile required documentation for financial support programs.
- Process all terminations on a timely basis.
- Manage wait list and attendance for children with EEC slots in the central CCFA data base (Child Care Financial Assistance).
- Maintain a complete and systematic set of records of the financial transactions in the program.
- Work with the Child Development Business Office to conduct regular internal audits.
- Maintain organized and updated files for all EEC and Voucher Children.
- Become an expert on YMCA programs to support efforts to acquire new families by actively listening to members' needs and matching them to the appropriate programs.
