We are looking for grounds keepers to join our team!

ABOUT THE RESORT:

Nestled in the heart of Branson, Mo on prime lake front property, Still Waters resort was rated a "preferred place to stay" by Better Homes and Gardens as well as Voted* #1 Family Fun Lakefront Resort*. Currently located on 10 acres with 50 more available for future development, this family oriented property is continuing to expand and grow offerings to become a year round vacation destination. Just a few of the amenities include:

· Full service Marina with Paddleboards, Kayaks, Paddle Boats, Aqua Cycles and more!

· 3 Outdoor pools with swim up waterfalls, water slides, 20 person hot tub

· Mini Golf, playgrounds and hiking trails

· Basketball and volley ball courts

· Multiple onsite dining and snack options

· Full service concierge and organized resort activities

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintaining all exterior spaces and grounds including: plants, flowers, shrubs, flower beds, and walking trails to ensure a clean community and outstanding curb appeal
  • Using back pack blowers to clean/maintain sidewalks and common areas
  • Assist with landscaping and maintenance projects
  • Pick up trash
  • Must be able to work weekend shifts

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent Customer Service

Ability to work alone or collaboratively in a team

Excellent Time Management skills

Must be Detail Oriented

Ability to prioritize and organize workload, multi-task, adapts quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Physical requirements

Minimum lifting of 50-60 pounds. Pushing, bending, stooping, kneeling, pulling, upward reaching, manual dexterity. Hearing, writing, speaking. Ability to stand on feet for hours at a time and be able to climb stairs. Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold for extended periods of time
