We are looking for a Product Engineer to join our team located in either Boston, Lincolnshire or Kings Lynn, Norfolk.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing engineering support to floor designers to optimise customer floor designs.

  • Review and advise on remedial solutions on behalf of customers.

  • Undertake element and system engineering for complex floor, roof and wall designs.

  • Provide technical support to customers on our products and design tools.

  • Contribute to the development of our suite of design tools.

  • Undertake research and development relating to existing and new EWP products.

  • Provide engineering support to the sales team during the offering process.

  • Be actively involved in the Quality Assurance and certification of our products


Qualifications/Experience:

  • Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent e.g. Timber Technology etc.

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Ability to undertake engineering analysis of elements and systems on their own or under supervision.

  • Ability to communicate and work easily with design, engineering, sales and operations teams both in person and remotely.

  • Curious and proactive learning style.
