The Transportation Coordinator coordinates transportation for residents to and from appointments and other outside events and destinations. The Transportation Coordinator communicates scheduled appointments to management and staff.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS: Must maintain a valid Indiana driver’s license and maintain a good driving record, and a commercial driver’s license, if applicable. Two (2) years of full-time, verifiable, driving experience in a like type vehicle (passenger van or bus). Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or GED is required.
RESPONSIBLE TO: Administrator / Executive Director
