About the Role

As an Application Developer, you will work on Insure Analytics platforms, building robust data pipelines and automation frameworks that power analytics and reporting at a global scale. You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team that values innovation, autonomy, and technical excellence.

What you do

• Design and implement technical solutions within the Insurance Analytics & Integration landscape to meet enterprise reporting needs.
• Collaborate with product owners and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable code.
• Take full ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle—from design to deployment.
• Promote engineering best practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD), version control, and CI/CD.
• Continuously improve performance, scalability, and reliability of existing data solutions

What you bring 

• 2–3 years of hands-on development experience with SAS, SAP HANA, and SQL.
• Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, ETL processes, and data transformation workflows for enterprise-scale environments.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and data integration principles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Shell is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with data quality, monitoring, or automated testing in data pipelines is desirable
