The Role
Responsibilities
Creative Project Oversight
- Manage the development and execution of digital creative assets (websites, ads, social media content, etc.), ensuring they align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring creative projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Act as the main point of contact between creative teams and other departments (e.g., marketing, product) to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
Qualifications & Experience
Creative Project Management:
- 2-3 years of experience managing digital creative projects from concept to completion.
- Hands-on experience in producing and delivering digital creative assets across various formats (web, social, email).
- Proven ability to manage client or internal stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Management Expertise
- Proficiency in tools like Asana, Monday or Trello, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Solid grasp of digital design principles (e.g., UX/UI) and the ability to ensure creative assets meet brand and platform standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration and managing expectations with stakeholders and team members.
