The Staff Coverage Specialist is responsible for delivering instruction, managing the classroom environment, and promoting student learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher (or paraprofessional). This position requires flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to supporting student success across preschool, elementary, middle, and high school grade levels.
