Job Location: Altamonte Springs, FL
Shift: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
The role you will contribute:
The Primary Health Division Compliance Officer reports to and works in conjunction with the Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer at AdventHealth to provide leadership and oversight for the Compliance function within a designated the Primary Health Division of AdventHealth to establish a culture within the organization that promotes prevention, detection, and resolution of situations that are not in compliance with federal and state laws. This includes providing leadership to the Regional Compliance Officers within the Division.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Law or other healthcare related field.
· Minimum of five years healthcare regulatory or financial experience at a management level.
· Experience in hospital compliance and/or physician practice/medical group compliance, coding and/or operations and/or post-acute compliance, depending on assigned Division.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Law or other healthcare related field.
