Location: Hybrid
Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time
Reports To: Virgilio Cintron
Travel Required: Travel between Tacoma and Algona as needed
Compensation: $75.00/hour
Schedule: Approximately 15-20 hours per week (flexible based on business needs)
Summary
We are seeking a Talent Development Consultant to support the design and delivery of leadership and management development initiatives on a temporary, part-time basis. This consultant will be responsible for developing engaging programs that strengthen our leadership pipeline, support ongoing professional development, and equip new managers with the tools and knowledge needed for success.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Design and develop leadership development programs aligned with business and cultural objectives.
- Create structured training content for new managers, including learning paths, resources, and facilitation materials.
- Evaluate and enhance existing leadership programs to ensure relevance and impact.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and business partners to identify talent development needs.
- Develop supporting tools such as job aids, e-learning content, and facilitator guides.
- Provide recommendations on best practices in leadership development and adult learning.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience/Education
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related HR discipline.
- Proven ability to design and deliver leadership and management training in multiple formats (virtual, in-person, blended).
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, leadership competency models, and talent management frameworks.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position may involve prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or using standard office equipment such as computers and phones. Some roles may require occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
