Requirements:

  • German C1, English B2
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in IT system and server administration
  • Understanding of infrastructure as code principles
  • Familiar with most of these services/topics: Microsoft 365, Security Tools, Backups, Endpoint Management, Network Management
  • Proven experience designing and implementing cloud infrastructure with IT security standards
  • Familiar with most of these technologies: Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Python, Nginx, CI/CD, Git, Monitoring
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2) with strong communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership and responsibility


Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire IT infrastructure, including products and IT within clinical facilities, to support company growth
  • Manage IT systems in headquarters and clinical facilities, optimizing for user support and innovation
  • Oversee deployment and technical operations of products, ensuring secure performance using Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for cloud infrastructure
  • Implement and refine IT security measures to protect systems and data
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for architecture, infrastructure, and processes
