We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Functional Specialist with a focus on Drupal and other related Communication and Content Management Solutions (CMS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the business and IT, ensuring that our technical solutions align with our strategic goals and deliver exceptional value. This role involves managing teams, priorities, and budgets and service levels, as well as contributing to the planning and vision of our tools and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department. Effectively communicate requirements and collaborate with both teams to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and IT capabilities.
  • Drupal / CMS Expertise: Leverage some knowledge of Drupal to contribute to the development and enhancement of our tools. Stay updated with the latest Drupal features and best practices to recommend improvements.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and high-quality outcomes. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Priority and Budget Management: Oversee project priorities and timelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize value.
  • Planning and Evaluation: Participate in the planning phase of projects, ensuring that initiatives align with the overall scope and vision of the tool. Evaluate proposed solutions for feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
  • Vision and Strategy: Contribute to shaping the vision of our Drupal-based tools. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and help define the strategic direction of our solutions.
  • Solution Proposal: Collaborate with technical analysts to propose adequate and innovative solutions to meet business needs. Ensure that proposed solutions are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Education And Experience
  • Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Drupal or similar CMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and IT systems, with the ability to bridge the gap between the two.
  • Experience managing teams, priorities, and budgets in a project-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to contribute to the planning and vision of IT tools and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
