Job Title: Solution Architect / Engineering Manager

 

About Us:

We are a dynamic and innovative technology company seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Solution Architect / Engineering Manager. This role is critical in shaping our technical direction, leading multiple projects, and building a high-performing technology team.

 

Responsibilities:

- Architect scalable, robust, and innovative solutions across various domains, including AI/ML-based applications

- Lead and manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously

- Mentor and guide team members, fostering their professional growth and technical skills

- Design and implement cloud-based SaaS applications using AWS services

- Stay current with the latest technologies in software engineering and AI/ML

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Ensure best practices in software development, code quality, and system design

- Contribute to the company's technical strategy and vision

 

Requirements:

- BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

- 12-15 years of hands-on software development experience

- Proven track record of architecting multiple scalable solutions across domains, including 1-2 AI/ML-based solutions

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Gen-AI technologies

- Expertise in full-stack development, including:

  - Back-end: Node.js, Python

  - Front-end: Angular.js, React.js

  - Databases: Oracle, MySQL, Redis

- Extensive experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS services

- Proficiency in building cloud-based SaaS applications

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Experience with additional programming languages and frameworks

- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools

- Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications
