The Role

As a Customer Support & Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a wide variety of questions and requests across multiple channels. You’ll play a key role in ensuring fast, accurate, and customer-focused service, directly contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and the team’s sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling Customer Requests

    • Receive, assess, and respond to client inquiries, straightforward complaints, and service requests across multiple channels.

    • Provide clear, timely, and customer-centric solutions, collaborating with or escalating to other departments when needed.

    • Contribute to customer retention and satisfaction through proactive, high-quality service.

  • Customer Administration

    • Register and manage customer information, offers, orders, requests, complaints, and documentation (e.g., import/export papers) in relevant systems.

    • Ensure accurate and efficient data management in line with company procedures.

  • Customer Visits & Events

    • Welcome customers at our offices and represent TVH at fairs and events.

    • Build strong relationships by discussing customer needs and sharing insights into our product portfolio.

  • Active Sales / Proactive Selling

    • Identify potential customers and engage in prospecting activities.

    • Hand over leads to colleagues when specialized expertise is required.

  • Coaching & Training

    • Share knowledge, insights, and best practices with colleagues.

    • Support the team by helping new or less experienced colleagues.

  • Expertise Development

    • Continuously develop and maintain a strong understanding of TVH products, processes, and sales systems through training and coaching.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • A team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing knowledge.

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.

  • Someone that is fluent in English & German.
