We are seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician to join the spa team. The ideal candidate brings warmth, professionalism, and a deep commitment to wellness. You’ll be responsible for delivering expert skin care services and creating meaningful, recovery-focused experiences for our members and guests.

What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality facials, waxing, lash/brow tinting, and eyebrow shaping.
- Greet clients warmly and conduct thorough consultations to determine skincare needs.
- Educate clients on home care and promote spa retail products to support skin health.
- Prepare treatment room and ensure cleanliness and readiness before and after each service.
- Follow all OSHA and DORA hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Arrive early to set up, remain punctual, and manage appointments professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless operations, including restocking and resetting rooms.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Support spa merchandising and assist in maintaining proper inventory levels.
- Promote Gravity Haus offerings, including fitness, wellness, and membership benefits.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns in a timely manner
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Who You are
- Valid Colorado Esthetician License (required).
- Proven experience in spa or resort settings (preferred).
- Passion for wellness and holistic health.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-minded with the ability to recommend services and products confidently.
- Team player with a proactive, reliable, and trustworthy approach
- You have an appreciation for and commitment to the outdoors, sustainability, and your own personal growth.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift).
- Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and lifting light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Manual dexterity to perform skincare treatments with precision and care.
- Comfortable working in a low-light, calm spa environment.
