Do you have experience in lending, loan operations or managing/supporting lending technology solutions - and want to work for a company that cares about your future? As a VP, Loan Application Manager for Lake City Bank, you will:
- Lead the management of loan products and services that support lending, operational, credit and consumer solutions platforms.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to lending teams through regular site visits and consistent communication.
- Lead and mentor the Loan Application Management team by providing guidance and coaching.
- Participate in lending-focused projects and ensure consistent representation of loan systems through all phases of project planning and execution.
Basic Qualifications include:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team and organize workflow; ability to inspire, motivate, and guide others toward goal achievement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eight or more years of experience in lending, loan operations or managing/supporting lending technology solutions.
- Proven expertise with loan origination systems, document management, credit platforms, and workflow tools.
