We are seeking recruiters who will work very collaboratively with our new client to attract and hire top talent throughout multiple regions in the US. They identify as being extremely detail oriented and thriving in an environment with many moving parts and fast paced requisitions. These recruiter positions are hourly, assignment based, flex positions.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
• Screen a high-volume number of candidates each week (40-50 on average) and move them swiftly through the remaining stages of the recruitment process.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e., interview reminders and logistics, post-hire/pre-start engagement).
• Responsible to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate.
• Maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Constantly accessing our candidate experience and identifying areas of improvement.
• Diligently track requisition metrics to ensure success.
• Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of recent high volume recruitment experience.
• Proven success achieving recruitment metrics including conducting 30+ interviews each week.
• Ability to work from home office during standard, Monday through Friday business days/ hours
• Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives
• Extreme sense of urgency
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Salary Range:
The starting range which will be offered to the selected candidate will be between $23.00 and $28.00 per hour.
Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.
