Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, growth-oriented Marketing Systems Specialist to join our National Marketing and Communications team. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for core marketing, communication, and business development platforms, including content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Drupal, WordPress, Ceros), email marketing platforms, and social media tools.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute system enhancements that improve business outcomes.
- Develop and deliver training materials that empower business stakeholders to manage day-to-day system usage.
- Manage department project management tools and digital file storage systems.
- Conduct platform research and due diligence aligned with strategic priorities.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with IT and external consultants to deliver solutions.
- Continuously assess marketing technology trends, particularly AI, to identify, recommend, help build and implement new solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, systems or technology-focused roles.
- Familiarity with communication software, content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Drupal, WordPress, Ceros), email marketing platforms, social media tools, and creative software (e.g. Adobe, Canva).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated passion for technology and AI applications, with a focus on modern marketing, communication, and business development platforms.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
- Experience supporting or managing projects.
- Familiarity with AI, low-code, or no-code solutions for automation and integration.
- Project Management certification (PMP or similar) is a plus.
