About this Position
The Implementation and Training Manager plays a critical role in driving the successful adoption and rollout of digital solutions—particularly Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Connected Worker Platforms—across Henkel’s global and regional factory network. This role ensures that new tools are not only deployed effectively but also understood, embraced, and utilized by end users on the shopfloor. You will be responsible for developing and executing implementation strategies, managing stakeholder engagement, and leading training efforts that align with product development and operational needs. With frequent on-site presence in factories, this role demands a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, manufacturing insight, and a passion for user enablement.What you´ll do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the rollout of MES and Connected Worker tools across multiple factories in different regions. Tailor approaches based on local conditions and maturity levels
- Develop and execute structured change management and user adoption plans
- Engage with factory teams to identify barriers, adjust training, and promote sustained usage
- Design and maintain comprehensive, modular training programs (e.g., onboarding, advanced use, refresher sessions) for operators, supervisors, and factory leadership. Deliver sessions both virtually and in-person
- Ensure all training materials and methodologies are fully aligned with current product features and upcoming enhancements
- Collaborate closely with product owners and development teams
- Travel regularly to manufacturing sites to provide in-person training, gather feedback, coach local champions, and ensure solutions are embedded into daily routines
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in Engineering, Digital Transformation, Project Management or Implementation Management
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and training abilities—able to energize diverse groups from operators to plant managers
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50–70% of the time
- Fluent in English; other languages (e.g., German, Spanish) are a strong plus
