What You’ll Do:

• Deliver expert HVAC installations while ensuring the highest level of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

• Follow daily job schedules, review work orders, and communicate with customers to understand concerns and provide solutions.

• Coordinate with the installation team and other departments to streamline workflows and resolve challenges.

• Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are prepared and loaded prior to each job.

• Complete all required documentation, job notes, and system information according to company procedures.

• Lead and mentor apprentices or helpers, promoting safety, efficiency, and learning.

• Maintain and care for personal tools and company-issued equipment.

• Stay current with local HVAC codes and industry best practices.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude in all jobsite interactions.

• Operate and maintain a box truck responsibly and in accordance with safety standards.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• 21 years of age or older

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass a background, MVR, and Drug Test

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Skilled in using HVAC tools and equipment safely and effectively

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
