What You’ll Do:
Deliver expert HVAC installations while ensuring the highest level of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Follow daily job schedules, review work orders, and communicate with customers to understand concerns and provide solutions.
Coordinate with the installation team and other departments to streamline workflows and resolve challenges.
Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are prepared and loaded prior to each job.
Complete all required documentation, job notes, and system information according to company procedures.
Lead and mentor apprentices or helpers, promoting safety, efficiency, and learning.
Maintain and care for personal tools and company-issued equipment.
Stay current with local HVAC codes and industry best practices.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude in all jobsite interactions.
Operate and maintain a box truck responsibly and in accordance with safety standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
What You’ll Need:
Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
21 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background, MVR, and Drug Test
Strong communication and customer service skills
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skilled in using HVAC tools and equipment safely and effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
