Child Mental Health Therapist
Family Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Mental Health Therapist to join our Family Based Mental Health Program at our Kittanning office. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support to children and their families.
Qualifications:
Child Mental Health Therapist:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. Clinical experience working with children and families is preferred. Two years of relevant experience working with children. LPC Supervision available.
Child Mental Health Worker:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. One year of relevant experience working with children. Family Based Certification is possible after 3 years with salary increase.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for children and families.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the client and their support system.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address the unique needs of each child and family.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
Participate in regular supervision, case conferences, and professional development activities.
Salary and Benefits:
Child Mental Health Therapist:$49,909.00 to $52,000.00 annually with excellent benefits.
Child Mental Health Case Worker:$42,482.18 to $44,906.42 (FB Certified) annually with excellent benefits.
Additional Requirements:
Evening and weekend on-call responsibilities are a key aspect of this position.
Successful candidates must pass Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.
