We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Driver / Warehouse Associate to support our logistics and operations team in Yonkers, NY. In this hybrid role, you’ll spend most of your time handling core warehouse tasks and occasionally drive a Blueground-branded van or pickup truck for ad hoc deliveries and pickups across the city — including to our units or office, transporting items like desks, beds, or air conditioning units.

What You’ll Focus On:

• Ad Hoc Driving (1–2x/week):
• Use a Blueground van or pickup truck to transport furniture or equipment (e.g. AC units, desks, beds) from the warehouse to the city office or an apartment unit, and assist with loading/unloading at both locations.
• Order Picking & Fulfillment:
  Accurately pick orders for home furnishings and large items using warehouse management systems, ensuring timely and precise fulfillment.
• Hands-On Warehouse Work:
  Load, unload, and stage large/heavy goods from vendor shipments and delivery trucks. Help prep items for delivery or storage.
• Inventory & Space Management:
  Maintain accurate inventory, store items efficiently in designated locations, and contribute to warehouse organization and optimization.
• Product Quality & Safety:
  Assist with minor repairs or product prep, uphold cleanliness standards, and follow all safety protocols in line with Blueground’s policies and legal regulations.
• Team Collaboration:
  Work closely with fellow warehouse staff to streamline daily operations, support team objectives, and communicate efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or delivery-related role
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; comfortable navigating city routes
• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy furniture and equipment
• Familiar with pallet jacks and safely using ladders in a warehouse setting
• Basic computer literacy (G Suite, Slack); experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-focused
