What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1:1 occupational therapy to pediatric clients in our sensory-rich clinic

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized, functional treatment plans

• Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team members (SLPs, PTs, assistants)

• Educate families on strategies for home carryover and lasting outcomes

• Document thoroughly and timely in our user-friendly EHR

• Make therapy fun, creative, and progress-driven

Who You Are

• Licensed Occupational Therapist or license-eligible in California

• New grads are welcome — mentorship available

• Passionate about working with children and supporting their families

• Organized, adaptable, and capable of managing your own schedule

• Strong communication skills and team collaboration

• Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus, but not required

Clinical Success Benchmarks

• Help children meet 80% or more of their individualized therapy goals

• Maintain positive family satisfaction ratings (target: 95% and higher)

• Document all sessions accurately and on time

• Achieve 100% of billable hour targets (with full support from admin)
