O’Neill Healthcare is looking for a Director of Human Resources to join our dynamic team! This position supports our nursing homes and assisted living facilities on the west side of Cleveland, employing over 975 staff members.
This onsite position offers exciting opportunities to focus on our people in a supportive, growing, fun team environment that values the contributions of all.
Core functions of this role include:
- Overseeing the front end of payroll for all locations.
- Oversight and expertise of our HRIS system (ADP).
- Addressing any and all employee relations issues.
- Overseeing and processing paperwork related to employee benefit programs (BWC, Unemployment, support programs, fringe benefit packages).
- Overseeing and implementing staffing levels corresponding to facility needs.
- Working closely with organizational leadership
Requirements include:
- Previous HR and payroll experience
- Previous HR management experience
- Positive and friendly demeanor
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to compliance with organizational practices and policies.
- Clear, concise, and professional communication skills.
