Join Our Team as a Large Capacity Forklift Operator in the Shipping Department!

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a skilled Large Capacity Forklift Operator to join our Shipping Department. Earn up to $23.05/hour after just 60 days with performance reviews! Starting pay is $21.05/hour, and after your first week of employment, you’ll also be eligible for weekly attendance bonuses!

Shift Details:

- Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday

- Flexibility: Be prepared to work past 2:30 PM if needed. Mandatory overtime may be required.

Position Responsibilities:

- Operate a large-capacity forklift to move products from the stockyard or production line to trailers. Products include fiberglass deck boats, pontoons, and aluminum fishing boats.

- Prioritize tasks based on load sheets and shipping schedules.

- Stay in constant communication to handle new priorities or changes throughout your shift.

Qualifications:

- Experience operating a **7.5-ton forklift** with **17-18 ft. length forks**.

- Perform daily forklift inspections and ensure proper maintenance.

- Ability to climb in and out of the forklift as needed, including manually wrapping the forks occasionally.

- Flexibility to work overtime when required.

- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

- A team player who contributes to a collaborative environment and is open to taking on different tasks as needed.
