About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of used car market dynamics, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of motivating sales teams.
  • Proficiency in automotive dealership management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in automotive sales or management from recognized industry organizations.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and online vehicle listing platforms. such as vAuto and CDK.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and use data-driven decision-making to improve sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the used car department, including inventory acquisition, pricing, and merchandising.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the used car sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and customer service standards.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase used vehicle sales and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to optimize inventory and pricing decisions.
