Monte Sano Research Corporation (MSRC) is a Huntsville-based Small Business specializing in providing full-spectrum defense system engineering, research, design, development, integration, test, evaluation, and planning services to the U.S. Government.

MSRC is seeking a full-time Facility/Building Manager to provide security, safety, and facility support for government buildings. 

Job Description:

• Develop, submit, manage, and track facility work orders for Army buildings.
• Provide safety support related to hazardous materials, hazardous waste, Safety Operating Procedures, safety training, and risk assessments.
• Support security documentation, inspections, walkthroughs, compliance, intrusion detection systems, and reporting.
• Support property tasks related to hand receipts, inventory, and turn-ins.
• Work within a fast-paced environment, often with evolving requirements.
• Write technical documentation as required to summarize work.

Education:

• 5 years of relevant experience.
• AS degree required.  BS degree desired or equivalent relevant experience.

 Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with Army facilities, work orders, safety, and security.
• Good communication skills.
