Compensation: $20.00-$24.00/hr

How do our Facilities Technician Drive Impact?

• Identify facility related issue, propose a plan of action and promptly execute it
• Utilize ticket system to plan efficient workday time management, respond to all ticket requests within 24 hours.
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Heavy Deliveries (Water, man lift, forklift)
• Assist with and/or perform preventative maintenance
• Occasionally perform janitorial functions for buildings, grounds, and equipment using cost effective efficient methods
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory agencies and organization policies and procedures
• Office set-up/tear downs
• Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in dealership service departments
• Must wear hard toed and slip resistant footwear when in service departments

• All other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned

We're Looking For:

• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and provide preventative maintenance
• Carpentry skills
• Obtain certifications as appropriate
• Ability to work with HVAC, plumbing, mechanical devices, torches, liquids, and electrical devices
• Ability to operate forklift, skid steer, snow plow, and man lifts
• Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in rare cases, high precarious places
• Ability to work outdoors in all temperatures
• Demonstrate effective problem solving skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
