Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, compelling messaging and positioning for Enumerate’s products and solutions.
- Translate technical features into business benefits tailored to specific personas and verticals.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across marketing, sales, and customer-facing materials.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches and feature rollouts in partnership with product and sales.
- Collaborate with demand generation to align campaigns with product priorities and messaging.
- Support pricing, packaging, and competitive differentiation strategies.
- Create and maintain high-impact enablement tools including pitch decks, battle cards, product sheets, FAQs, and case studies.
- Train and support the sales and customer success teams on product positioning and objection handling.
- Establish feedback loops with customer-facing teams to improve messaging and inform roadmap priorities.
- Conduct market research to understand buyer personas, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and analyze competitor messaging, GTM strategies, and positioning to identify opportunities.
- Partner with demand gen and customer marketing to develop blog posts, webinars, videos, and whitepapers that reinforce product value and use cases.
- Drive customer stories and case studies that showcase product impact.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS, software or payments company.
- Proven ability to build messaging frameworks, GTM plans, and sales enablement programs.
- Experience collaborating with product, sales, and customer operations teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
- Analytical mindset and experience using data to inform positioning and content strategy.
- Proficiency with marketing and sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and in-app messaging platforms.
- Ability to work in ET or CT hours with occasional travel (~7%).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
