Competitive Salary & Benefits
- Salary:
- BCBA: $95,000 – $115,000 annually, depending on experience
- BCaBA: $75,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience
- Paid Time Off (PTO): Up to 3 weeks for full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct or assist with behavioral assessments and functional analyses
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate intervention effectiveness
- Educate and train staff and caregivers in behavior support strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client success across settings
- Document services and maintain records in accordance with regulations
- Maintain billable hour expectations based on state requirements
Employment Type
Full-time: 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (for BCaBA) or graduate-level degree (for BCBA) in behavior analysis or a related field
- Active certification as a BCaBA or BCBA from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Licensed or license-eligible to practice as a BCaBA or BCBA in the State of Montana
- Completion of 8-hour supervision training from an ACE provider
- Minimum one year of experience in behavioral program design and implementation
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and crisis management skills
- Proficiency with behavioral data software and electronic record keeping
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record preferred
- Must pass a background check and meet all state-mandated requirements
