Registered Medication Aide – RMA / Medication Aide – Med Tech / Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA
Compensation: $17.89–$23.50 plus shift differentials

Essential Duties:

• Administer medications per Virginia Board of Nursing Medication Aide Regulations

• Document all medications administered in the Medication Administration Record (MAR)

• Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and blood sugars

• Complete and pass an annual medication administration observation

• Assist with bathing, oral care, toileting, dressing, and other activities of daily living

• Aid residents with transfers and ambulation using gait belts and mechanical devices as required

• Provide assistance with heavy lifting and ensure use of proper equipment as per policy and orders

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; must be 18+

• Current registration as a Medication Aide and Nurse Aide in good standing with the Virginia Board of Nursing

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset

• Quick-thinking and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of patient care policies and safety regulations

• Experience working with elderly or special needs populations

• Physical strength and stamina
