Hybrid Information Systems Specialist II presso Imperial Irrigation District, CA

About the Department

Under general supervision, plans and designs the district's technology infrastructure, installs, configures, maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, tunes and operates information technology systems including infrastructure, systems administration, network administration, desktop administration, help desk and print services, systems security, software and systems engineering and project management. Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Duties

Bachelor's degree with a major in computer science, electrical, electronic or computer engineering, computer information systems and four years of experience in four or more information technology systems directly related to infrastructure, systems administration, network administration, systems security, software and systems engineering or project management. 

Progressively responsible directly related experience may be substituted for the required education at the ratio of two years of experience for one year of education required in four or more information technology systems directly related to infrastructure, systems administration, network administration, systems security, software and systems engineering or project management.
