Fleamasters Flea Market is seeking PART-TIME customer friendly & dedicated team players to join our Concessions team! Our Concession team works behind the scenes and on the front lines, making each guest's experience the best it can be. As part of the Concessions team at Fleamasters Flea Market, you can put your cooking skills & customer service abilities to the test! 

Must be able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

Responsibilities:

• Completes opening and closing duties. 
• Uses stove tops and other kitchen appliances to prepare food.
• Cooks all food to the correct temperature and expectations. 
• Follows all local and state health regulations. 
• Requests customers’ orders and enters the order into the register 
• Notifies kitchen of shortages and special orders
• Receives payment and gives correct change following established cash handling procedures
• Able to correct incorrect orders, as necessary
• Provides purchased good to the customer
• Replenishes expendable goods (Silverware, Condiments)
• Assist in all areas of concessions department, as needed.
• Cleans all machines, equipment and tools, as necessary
• Uses equipment correctly. 
• Cleans, stocks and maintains guest and employee areas. 
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 21+
• Computer literacy
• Bilingual preferred
• Positive attitude and excellent communications skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Relevant training certificate
