Social Media Internship – Fall 2025

Phase 3 Marketing and Communications is seeking a creative, motivated and social media–savvy intern to join our team for the fall semester. This internship is ideal for a college student passionate about content creation, social trends, and digital engagement.

The position requires 20–25 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling. While the internship is unpaid, interns will be reimbursed for any expenses incurred while at work.

Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:

• College junior or senior majoring in digital marketing, communications, public relations, graphic design or a related field
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Enthusiastic, self-starting, detail-oriented and collaborative personality
• Strong understanding of key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X) and current social trends
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms for content creation
• Passionate about social media, digital content, and online engagement

Intern responsibilities may include:

• Drafting and scheduling social media posts for clients across platforms
• Researching industry trends and competitor content
• Assisting with the development of monthly content calendars
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns and partnerships
• Brainstorming ideas for social campaigns and engagement strategies
• Monitoring and reporting on social media performance and analytics
• Engaging with online communities on behalf of clients
• Assisting with internal social media initiatives
• Supporting photo/video shoots and content capture for client or agency use
• Participating in team meetings and client calls when relevant
