As a QA Tester at Eeze, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our live casino games are of the highest quality. You willconduct thorough manual testing to identify and report software defects, playability issues, and usability concerns, therebycontributing to the continuous improvement of our products.Key Responsibilities:Test Planning & ExecutionDesign and executemanual test cases in ZephyrusingGherkin syntax.Test new features, game flows, and integrations forboth frontend and backend.Performcross-browser testingondesktop and mobiledevices, including physical devices andBrowserStack.Conductsanity and smoke testsonQA, UAT, and Production environments.Bug Reporting & Jira ManagementDocument clear,detailed, and reproducible bug reportsinJira.Attachscreenshots, videos, logs, and Figma design linksfor better issue tracking.Follow up onstagnating ticketsand link related issues for better traceability.Provide meaningful and structured comments in Jira to facilitate collaboration.Frontend & Backend TestingInvestigatefrontend issuesusingChrome DevTools (console, network tab, Redux DevTools,WebSocket monitoring).Test backend APIs and WebSockets usingSwagger, Postman.Validate data inPostgreSQLusing adatabase client (DBeaver).Analyze logs inKibanaand monitor Kafka topics viaRedPanda.Automation & Continuous ImprovementContribute to thePlaywright automation frameworkforE2E and API testing.Collaborate with theQA Lead and developersto enhance test automation coverage.Participate insprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesto improve Agile testing practices.Requirements:Must-Have Skills & Experience2+ years of experience insoftware testing, ideally inweb-based applications.Strong knowledge oftest case design, execution, and defect reporting.Experience testingREST APIsusingPostman or Swagger.Familiarity withbrowser debugging tools(Chrome DevTools, Redux DevTools).Exposure toKafka, WebSockets, or real-time messagingin testing.Basic SQL knowledge fordatabase validation.Strong understanding ofAgile developmentandsprint-based testing.Clear and structuredJira documentationfor bug reporting and follow-ups.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience withPlaywright, Cypress, or Seleniumfor test automation.Knowledge ofperformance testing tools(Lighthouse,Artillery.io).
