The Vice President, Market Operations is a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational functions of the organization. This role ensures operational excellence, drives strategic initiatives, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement to support the company’s growth and long-term success.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s mission and goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape long-term business strategies.
• Operational Oversight:
  • Lead and manage key operational departments in both support and field services.
  • Ensure efficient systems, processes, and policies are in place and optimized.
• Performance Management:
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Team Development:
  • Build and mentor a high-performing operations team.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Budget & Resource Management:
  • Ensure cost-effective resource allocation and staffing strategies.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks.
• All other duties assigned or as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and managing large teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Preferred experience in flooring or residential home-services industries.
• Preferred Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.

Comp range - $175K-$225K plus bonus
