Mill Creek Landing Apartments in Hampton, VA is a peaceful waterfront community of 54 apartments, offering a lower-paced, tranquil working environment. As part of our dedicated maintenance team, you’ll have the opportunity to work independently in this serene community. You will also benefit from joining our experienced team at River Mews, a bustling, larger community of 645 apartments and townhomes located nearby in Newport News, VA, allowing you to expand your skills and grow in your role! Our 2 Property Managers at Mill Creek and River Mews have been with Palms Associates a combined 21 years!

What We’re Looking For:

 A skilled, driven, and versatile Multi-Property Maintenance Technician who is ready to thrive in a dual-location position, bringing expertise and passion to both communities. This role is perfect for a technician who enjoys variety, is proactive, and can juggle independent work with the benefits of working with a supportive, team-oriented environment. 

✔ HVAC experience preferred 
✔ General maintenance skills – plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and more
✔ Problem-solving mindset – a go-getter who takes initiative
✔ Team player – work collaboratively with a passionate, skilled crew

✔ Technology savvy – able to use MS Office 365 platforms and have access to their own mobile device

✔ An excellent communicator- Be proficient in English; both written and verbal communication skills are required. Bilingual is a PLUS!
