Paul Logistics is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in coordinating transportation operations, maintaining carrier relationships, and supporting shipment execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and coordinate transportation of goods to ensure timely and efficient deliveries

· Maintain strong working relationships with carriers and help negotiate rates

· Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and urgency

· Prepare and maintain detailed shipping documentation and records

· Provide shipment updates to customers and internal teams

· Address and resolve any shipping issues, discrepancies, or delays

· Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and internal procedures

· Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and assist with implementing changes

· Deliver a high level of customer service through clear and timely communication

· Support day-to-day logistics operations and collaborate across teams

Requirements

Qualifications

· 1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or customer service (preferred)

· Strong communication and multitasking skills

· Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities

· Proficient in logistics software, shipment tracking tools, and vendor portals

· Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment

· Strong sense of ownership and urgency
