Hybrid Pit Manager presso Emerald Queen Casino

The Pit Manager is responsible for gaming pit areas, supervising the table games area while adhering to all established policies and procedures, interacts with guests to resolve gaming and non-gaming issues. Additional duties include safeguarding casino assets, issues playing cards and dice while reviewing for any irregularities during shift, authorizes guest comps, enforces all rules and regulations of the casino and general management of all assigned areas. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Satisfactory completion of dealer’s training school or Casino approved equivalent
• Proven abilities as Casino Dealer

Experience & Requirements:

• At least two years experience as a Table Games Supervisor or Pit Manager
• 10 years of gaming experience preferred
• Must be able to deal and supervise at least two types of table games (Blackjack, Roulette, and Craps)
• Must posses leadership attributes 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for longer than 8 hours
• Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays

All applicants must obtain a Class III A license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
