The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Consultant to lead clients through complex and evolving digital marketing landscapes. This role is for someone who brings fluency across martech, AI integration, first-party data, and strategic operations, and is prepared to use that expertise to craft forward-thinking strategies that drive measurable results. You’ll guide digital transformation workstreams while also ensuring those strategies translate into creative and media execution that moves the needle.

Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Leadership
- Lead digital transformation and marketing strategy workstreams, with a focus on martech, AI integration, 1PD activation, and marketing operations
- Use data, tools, and tech to uncover insights and shape smarter strategies
- Develop clear digital roadmaps that help clients build internal capabilities and drive performance
- Translate digital complexity into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams and clients
- Craft compelling narratives that connect insights, data, and strategy into cohesive stories that resonate with clients and internal teams
- Strategic Account Management
- Act as a strategic point of contact for clients, leading the day-to-day relationship across key projects and digital workstreams
- Anticipate client needs, identify strategic opportunities, and guide teams to deliver work that exceeds expectations
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Media, and Operations leads to ensure strategies are well-integrated, actionable, and aligned across teams
- Support the flow of work across accounts, helping manage timelines, deliverables, and communication to keep projects on track and high-performing
- Build trust through clear communication, operational leadership, and consistent delivery of value
- Team Leadership & Strategic Operations
- Manage and mentor 1–3 junior strategists, providing clear expectations, constructive feedback, and growth opportunities aligned to individual strengths
- Foster a team culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
- Act as a strategic advocate for identifying, evaluating, and championing new technology and AI tools that can enhance strategic workflows across teams
- Partner with the Operations team to provide strategic guidance on implementation and integration of new tools, ensuring they align with both team needs and broader agency goals
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or digital marketing roles
- Deep interest and experience in digital transformation, martech, or AI application in marketing
- Strong communicator with the ability to distill complexity into clarity
- Proven success managing junior talent and collaborating across functions
- Experience working with or within agencies and client services teams
- Confident navigating ambiguity and driving projects forward
- Based in or willing to relocate to NYC or Raleigh
Location: New York, NY or Raleigh, NC in a hybrid work setting (split between working from home, shared offices, and client locations).
