About the Role:
As a Receptionist & Veterinary Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our clinic’s daily operations. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being part of a close-knit, supportive team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client communications
- Facilitate smooth coordination between our veterinary team and pet owners
- Assist with safe and gentle restraint of dogs and cats during exams and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
- Support a positive clinic culture by collaborating with teammates and sharing in both the challenges and the wins
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- A people-person with strong communication and customer service skills
- A calm, confident animal handler (experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!)
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting
- Someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about veterinary care
