Lakeview Villas in beautiful Lake Havasu City is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. Position Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance operations, supervises staff, and ensures that the property is safe, clean, and running efficiently. You’ll manage work orders, unit turns, preventative maintenance, vendor work, and assist in capital projects all while supporting a culture of accountability and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day work of the maintenance team 
• Perform and oversee repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances 
• Maintain accurate records for work orders, inventory, and safety inspections 
• Collaborate with the Property Manager on scheduling and special projects 
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance 
• Participate in on-call emergency response as needed

Requirements

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience 
• Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs 
• EPA Certification required 
• Experience supervising or leading maintenance staff preferred 
• Must be organized, proactive, and reliable 
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in various conditions 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
   Schedule: Full-time, on-call rotation required
  Status: Non-exempt / Hourly
