Weâre hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to keep our 370-unit apartment community running smoothly. If you like fixing things, solving problems, and helping people feel at home â weâd love to meet you!
đ” What Youâll Get:
- $22â$24/hr based on experience
- Quarterly bonuses â earn up to $3,000/year
- On-call bonus â earn up to $2,000/year

đ§ Your Day-to-Day:
- Fix common apartment issues (leaks, appliances, HVAC, etc.)
- Prep and refresh units for new move-ins
- Troubleshoot basic electrical and plumbing problems
- Keep the property looking sharp and running safely
- Rotate on-call emergency duties with the team
đ· You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1+ years of general maintenance or handyman experience
- Know your way around tools, repairs, and home systems
- Enjoy working with your hands and being active
- Have (or are open to getting) an HVAC or EPA certification â a plus!
- Are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work
