Who we are looking for:
An experienced Education Advisor, used to supporting educational quality across a number of nurseries in a multi site role. For exceptional candidates we’d be prepared to consider an experienced Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager ready to take the step into an Education Advisor role. You will have an Ofsted Outstanding background and be ready for new challenge in a growing business. Day to day you will be:
- Delivering targeted educational support dependent on the unique needs of each nursery
- Observing the quality of teaching, coaching and role modelling outstanding teaching 
- Writing educational content for internal parent and team communications
- Monitoring and supporting with the implementation of the N curriculum
- Deliver the N inset day programme and N Academy
- Mentoring, coaching and delivering 1-1 training to Nursery Management teams and Educators
- Monitor the quality & completion of observations, assessments and planning
- Maintain the N learning experience bank for Educators & parents
- Provide hands on support with environmental set-ups
- Track and ensure adequate support for children with S.E.N.D.
- Support with the development and delivery of company projects 

What you will need to bring with you:
- Experience of working as a Deputy or a Nursery Manager required
- Experience of supporting nurseries to develop outstanding provision in a multi-site group
- Experience of delivering outstanding outcomes
- Experience of coaching, training and advising nurseries to improve outcome
- Relevant Early Years qualification, level 3 or above. Degree preferable.

 What we can offer you:
- Up to £49k annual salary + 3k car allowance
